People approve what matters

Anything that leaves the company, a quotation, a bid, a filing, waits for a named person. Narrow automatic steps can be allowed per workflow, and chat cannot widen its own authority.

Every draft points to the document, page or clause it came from. Uploading a folder does not make it true: facts are reviewed with your team before they count.
